How it works
My whole business is removing mystery from your infrastructure — so the process and the money work the same way. Four steps, start to finish.
Port 01 — The process
Email, call, or text — whatever's easiest. Tell me what's bugging you, even if it's just "we have a closet and we're afraid of it." You don't need to know the technical words. That's my department.
I come to your business, anywhere in my South Florida service area, and look at the actual situation with my own eyes. No cost, no obligation. I'll tell you what I see in plain English while I'm standing there.
After the assessment you get a single, clear quote for the work. No surprise line items, no "processing fees," no upsell script. If something isn't worth fixing, I'll tell you that too — it's cheaper for both of us.
I do the job, clean up after myself, and leave your infrastructure labeled and mapped. The goal is that the next person who opens that closet — even if it's not me — knows exactly what they're looking at.
Port 02 — About the money
Free means free: I drive out, I look, I explain what I found, and you decide. The quote covers the work itself. Most jobs are one-time projects — fix it, document it, done. If you like having me around, ask about ongoing support; that option is coming.
