Somewhere in your office there's a closet nobody opens. I open it.

Every business has one: the IT closet full of cables no one can trace, boxes with blinking lights no one can name, and equipment from a company you stopped paying in 2019. Things just work — until they don't. I'm the guy who goes in, figures out what's actually there, fixes what's broken, and leaves it labeled so it never has to be a mystery again.

Port 01 — The closet problem

"It's fine, don't touch it" is not an IT plan

If the person who wired your office is long gone, if your internet drops and nobody knows which cable to jiggle, if you're still being billed for equipment nobody can locate — that closet is costing you money and one bad day away from costing you a lot more. Shedding light on that room is literally my job.

Messy IT closet before cleanup
Before — the closet nobody wanted to open
Same closet after cleanup, labeled and organized
After — labeled, mapped, no mystery

Port 02 — What I do

Hands-on work, at your location

The main event

IT closet cleanup & the physical layer

Low-voltage cabling and troubleshooting: Cat5e/Cat6 copper, RG6 coax, CCTV, fiber, and POTS lines. Tracing, repairing, and running cable — plus hauling out the legacy equipment that's been "temporarily" stacked in there since the Obama administration. When I leave, everything is labeled and you have a map of what's what.

Desktop & printer help

Laptops, desktops, and the office printer that has personally wronged everyone. Troubleshot on-site, in person.

Workflow fixes

The everyday tech friction that slows your team down — identified and smoothed out.

Also on the truck

Bill consolidation

Still paying for old IT services, lines, or gear you don't use? I find it and help you cut it.

Port 03 — Service area

South Florida, on wheels

If your business is in one of these counties, I come to you.

■ Black tags = primary coverage. Collier & Monroe served too — just mention your city when you reach out.

Port 04 — Straight process

Free assessment. Honest quote. Done.

You reach out, I come look at your setup for free, and you get one clear quote — no surprise line items, no upsell script. The full process is short enough to fit on a page.

Port 05 — Start here

Got a "wait — do you do that?" question?

Probably. That question is how most of my jobs start. Send it over — worst case, I point you to someone who does.
